The Singles

 

Here we are back in Strangetown for the Singles. Alien Sisters Lola & Chloe and their housemates Kristen & Erin. I won't say 'friends' as you can see during their moving in picture Chloe is slapping poor Erin, again. 

This is their modest home, in the lots & houses bin it's known as the Bohemian Bungalow but I modified it a lot so they could afford it. It currently has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge and kitchen.

I'm not quite sure how their beef began but Chloe just keeps launching herself at Erin.

I had Erin apologise to Chloe and hopefully now she will stop slapping Erin at every opportunity.

We've seen Erin a few times this round of course, she is Loki Beaker's sister, a Popularity Sim who wishes to be a Celebrity Chef, she didn't find Culinary but took the Education career for now.

Kristen meanwhile is a Fortune Sim who wishes to be a Hall of Famer, she found Athletics straight away.

Romance loving Chloe wishes to have 20 Simultaneous Loves, she is working on a body skill as she took a job in Oceanography. 

Her sister Lola is a Fortune Sim and wishes to become the Law, that career was unavailable so she took a job in Politics. Her and Erin left for work straight away.

Meanwhile Chloe entertained the Welcome wagon of Cyd Roseland, Ashley Pitts and Sanjay Ramaswami.

Erin came home with a promotion to Teacher's Aide while Lola got a demotion from a chance card. At least she wasn't fired. :D

Ripp Grunt had asked the girls Downtown and Chloe of course wasted no time on anyone else.

It didn't take long until they shared their first kiss.

There was bowling, fun and games and a nice dinner where everyone had a great time, it was good to see Jenny & Johnny Smith here too. Lola & Chloe of course are Jenny's husband's (Pollination Tech #9) alien offspring which technically makes Jenny their Stepmum I suppose. 

The next morning was Kristen's first day in the Athletic career.

Chloe had come home with a promotion to Dolphin Tank Cleaner, had a nap then ran outside to meet Bruce Rascher.

Lola got promoted to Intern and invited her lover Tank Grunt and his family over. Not sure the General likes such a big public show of emotion!

He enjoyed talking with Erin though while the lovebirds were busy elsewhere.

On Wednesday morning Lola found the Law career and set off as a File Clerk for her first shift.

No promotion for Chloe today but she invited a friend for a date, no it wasn't her Dad but it's always good for her to see him, they are starting to have a friendly relationship.

Her date is Ripp of course. 

They ended up back at Chloe's and it was a Dream Date, naturally :)

Kristen was last home and with a promotion to Team Mascot.

On Thursday while her housemates were all at work Kristen used her day off to visit the Kings Gardens to do a spot of fishing.

She also met and was smitten with Joe Graham.

She used some of her latest catch to make a nutritious meal for the household.

Chloe got promoted to Sea Lice Research Assistant.

Erin is an Elementary School Teacher and brought her colleague Vidcund Curious home where she shared some gossip about her housemate with him.

Lola had invited the Grunt's over and Kristen made best friends with someone, maybe Buck?

Later Kristen accepted Joe's invitation for a date and they went to the Crypt O'Nightclub where they enjoyed a lovely dinner and some dancing.

The next day and no doubt with her mood still being good from her date Kristen was promoted to Minor Leaguer.

Lola is a Law Firm Receptionist and earned her 5K, no promotions for Erin or Chloe today.

The late afternoon was spent skilling for 3 of the housemates while Chloe is getting decidedly friendly with Bruce.

Yes very friendly.  

A little later Chloe told her sister how much she likes this new townie she met...

"What about Bruce?!" asked Lola...

"Sissy, I've moved on from Bruce"... :D

On Saturday Chloe left for work first as Kristen and Lola made best friends.

Erin invited her pregnant brother Loki and his wife Circe over. Erin is looking forward to being an Auntie.

She settled down to a game of Chess with Cheating Circe, (some things never change!) whilst Lola asked Loki all about his alien pregnancy.

Kristen was late home and exhausted after her latest promotion to Starter.

Chloe had a much more relaxing night when she made Ajay Loner her latest conquest.

Not much of a Hero then Ajay? The house is on fire and yet Ajay did nothing but walk off the lot without so much as a backwards glance this early Sunday morning.

Thankfully Erin saved the day and the fire was soon extinguished.

Chloe had a very good career day when she was first promoted to Underwater Demolitionist, she walked back to work and returned as a Marine Biologist.

Kristen is now an All Star, hello Career reward.

She invited Joe over and proposed.

As the rest of her housemates family arrived she invited Joe to move in,

and they got married where Kristen became Mrs Kristen Graham.

It was lovely to be surrounded by her friends and their family.

Lola wonders what Kristen and Joe will do for a honeymoon, will they go on a Cruise perhaps?

The first thing they do is move out!

To this house, where we will catch up with the next chapter of their lives when we get around to 'G' on the alphabetical list next round.

Summary-

It's almost like playing 4 stories in one house and originally I was moving Lola out but then Kristen got so smitten it seemed fitting to move her first.

Lola of course is madly in love with Tank Grunt and perhaps on his turn she will move in with him.

That would leave the feuding pair in the Singles house... to be fair the slapping has got a lot less but who knows after a whole round has passed what will happen when we're back here.

Chloe I know doesn't need to woohoo all the guys for her LTW, but hey she's a Romance Sim. :)

Maybe Erin will find love next time too, there wasn't much going on for her this round.

As they had really good funds I added lots of goodies to Kristen's backpack so she can furnish her new house.
