Jared Starchild- Junior Year

 

We are back in Strangetown to see Jared Starchild through his Junior Year.

Jared is a Family Sim who wishes to Educate the masses when he's all done with college. He is Majoring in Art and loves Nature.

He lives in this dorm along with Jimmy Phoenix, Sam Thomas, Erik Swain and a non playable called Sam Landchild, a fellow SS member.

After their first class they go to the Campus Gym.

Being a Family Sim Jared wants to fall in love and he scopes around to find a potential life partner. A few are promising.

After their workouts they went Downtown to the Diner where they all sat at separate tables... this wasn't an outing so I realise now why they did so.

Poor Sam came a cropper when the Waiter dropped her plate on her head.

Back home though Jimmy cooked up a good (whew) bunch of Crepes to share with everyone.

The next morning Jared was invited on a date with Yvette St Julien who he'd met earlier at the Campus Gym but had probably met before at the SS lot.

They shared some gossip,

and had fun getting to know each other. They have a decent attraction.

When the date ended Jared went off to the Campus Boutiques where he talked to Ty Bubbler... great to see Ty has his colour back!

Jared finished his day by hustling pool with Martin Ruben.

His first semester landed him on the Dean's list and he's averaging a good 3.9 GPA but he then switched to a Biology Major so he could put himself on the right path for his LTW.

Being a Nature lover Jared earned a Bronze badge after tending his plots for a few days.

Erik autonomously cleaned the very dirty sink.

Over breakfast the next day Jared shared that he liked the look of the new girl he'd seen around campus, Katy Hunicke who'd joined the girls Greek house recently and could Erik introduce them?

Erik happily invited his friends over and he and Katy became best friends.

Almost at the same time Yvette turned up alongside another student and the Evil Witch also dropped out of the sky.

Jared didn't even get a chance to meet Katy as Yvette planted a kiss on him which soon distracted him. Everyone ignored the Witch and after she'd cast a lightning spell she left the lot.

Jared asked the Greek House boys over to gain membership to the Frat. Now there are 5 members he has to make friends with them all to an extent. It worked though and he was soon a bona fide member.

The evil witch left a plague on their house and Jimmy was the first to go stomp some bugs which just seemed to make them mad.

Thankfully the Exterminator had recently arrived and soon waved his special poison around to kill the remaining bugs now that he'd found them.

Jared and Yvette went on their second date at the Diner. They fell in love which gave Jared a huge mood boost.

Over dinner he smoothly passed a ring box to Yvette...

She was suitably impressed with the ring! I wonder where Jared got the money from to buy that? :D

They couldn't even wait to get home for their first Woohoo.

"All this gardening has made me super fit" said Jared...

"Yeah that's what it is".... said me... hehee. ;)

Sam is catching up with a friend while Jimmy made his 10th best friend.

Jared finished the year with a 3.9 but again on the Dean's list.

Then he called a taxi and waved goodbye to his fellow Dormies so he can enjoy his last college year at the Greek house.

Summary-

A fun round for Jared who is very sociable...I part picked Yvette because of her last name but they do have good attraction which I can improve upon with a couple of little tweaks to their likes/dislikes.

Next time it's back to the main hood to visit Nervous Subject in his new apartment.
