Francis J Worthington III- Freshman

 

For the second of 4 updates we have moved over to college in Veronaville where we find the home of single student Francis J Worthington III.

Here is Francis in his home, and I just spotted a strip of missing wallpaper. :D

Francis is a Fortune sim who wishes to be a Business Tycoon someday.

Francis engaged with fellow students, this one must have come fresh from a graduation party.

He made himself a plate of sandwiches.

Had no idea how to talk to girls....

and after his first class spent a lonely evening with his mac n cheese.

The next day he ventured onto campus to the gym where he started to befriend some of the other students.

He even learnt the student cheer.

He made friends with Romeo Monty who I'm sure can teach Francis a thing or two about talking to girls... :)

That second night Francis was handcuffed and whisked away in a limousine.

To the LFT secret society, home of the silly handshake and lots of new potential friends.

For someone who was supposedly a 'loner' Francis had made 7 friends by the end of his visit and was hoping soon to be Big Man on Campus.

He needed to work on a creativity skill but the hydroponic planter needed harvesting- the previous user had created a lovely plant which Francis backpacked. He sowed new seeds for the next time he comes though.

Before he knew it the first semester was over. Francis of course got on the Dean's list and scored a perfect 4.0 GPA

He woke up the next day and thought he'd try out his fancy swimming pool.

Even though his body skill is rising I'm not sure that floating on his back is quite 'earning a skill'. :D

After class that day Francis decided to try out the new House of Blues community lot downtown.

It's a bar, restaurant and live music venue.

I didn't ask him to cut off his own hand, just scope the room! Keen much? :D

He didn't find anyone particularly attractive and settled down for a nice salmon dinner.

He did at least make a friend of Gunnar Roque.

Being inspired by his visit to a restaurant Francis later tried cooking something fancy but disaster struck.

Thankfully he kept his cool long enough to put out the flames.

The next day he woke up with a wish to join a Greek house. He made the call and the members ran over.

Francis befriended them all and was quickly accepted into the house.

and so he left! He's still in his second semester but we'll soon see him again. Next in fact when I play Guy Wrightley!

Summary-

Last time (before the laptop crash) I had Guy make Francis pledge and it was fun ordering him about but this time I decided to just send him to the house (and he did wish to join) as college is so much more fun (to me) when there's a bunch of sims in a dorm/house.

I'm back for the first of 4 updates, the last 4 in this round!

Here we are in Desiderata Valley at the 'Bell' household but this time for Hannah's sister, Sharon Wirth. Romance Sim Sharon has asked the matchmaker for a date, and paid top simoleon!

oh goodie, someone vain. :D

It turns out that Erik Ajjanagadde is the resident Mr Big. Sharon also has 3 bolts of attraction for him. They don't get off to the best start but after a lot of hard work Sharon ends the date when it's 'good' enough.

Hannah- a Family Sim, is expecting her second child any day. Her teen son Daniel shares breakfast with her before school.

After school Hannah found Daniel upstairs with a girl he brought home.

"Your door is to stay open at all times young man!"

"Mum! I was just showing Breanna where the bathroom is!".

Not long after that Breanna left and a mortified Daniel went to work where he was happily promoted to the top of his teen career. Another scholarship in the bag as Popularity Sim Daniel wishes for college.

The one positive to Sharon & Erik's date was that he networked her a promotion and was true to his word when she arrived home later on Monday as a Headliner in the Entertainment career.

 Incidentally Hannah is a Ballroom Dancer and Isaac a Dance Video Star, both being in the Dance career.

Here is the head of the household Isaac, he's talking to his soon-to-be-born child.

Very soon as it turns out as just a few hours into Tuesday morning young Barty made an appearance.

Everyone was up to greet the newest family member. Daniel was especially pleased to have a baby brother.

Sharon used the time to max out her Charisma skill whilst Hannah brushed up on her Parenting skill.

Isaac was first home that day with a promotion to Interpretive Dancer.

Daniel is studying hard and keeping up with his school assignments.

Sharon checked the mail and got a love letter from Erik. She made a note to call him again soon.

Hannah's new parenting knowledge helps her understand better what young Barty needs and right now it's a bit of comfort.

After she had him settled she worked on those chiseled abs. 

On Thursday Daniel made a bad choice at work and got fired!

Sharon asked Erik over, in fact Erik turns up of his own accord most days but is really playing hard to get at Sharon's forward approach!

After sending him away though Sharon joined the family to see her youngest nephew become a toddler.

Winter arrived overnight and a heavy blanket of snow covered the lot.

A new day, a new visit from Erik. This time he accepted Sharon's flirt.

Poor Daniel was blue with cold later that day after spending ages building a snowman and stargazing.

Erik is back again the next day and he and Sharon are finally best friends.

Needing a cell phone Daniel went off downtown and was followed by a penguin.

Once inside the store Daniel found his parents good friend Luis Aspir surrounded and being picked on by a bunch of townies. Daniel shooed them away.

Luis was very grateful to Daniel for the help and Daniel had to spend the whole time distracting Luis from the other men picking on him again. I wonder what started all that?

Sharon finally hit the big time and not only reached the top of her chosen career but earned platinum mood forever.

After a good sleep she invited Erik downtown on a date.

I mean it's all very nice and handholdy but there really is no interest in love from either of them! Come on people! 3 bolts!!

Back home after giving up on the date Sharon saw Daniel with his good friend Rick Contrary.

A cooking disaster for Daniel (crepes) and he was on fire! Sharon had gone to bed and his parents were at work. Luckily a fire alarm triggered help.

He was saved just in time.

Some people were having a better Saturday and Hannah reached the top of her career too and achieved her Lifetime Wish. She's not just a Ballet Dancer, she's a World Class Ballet Dancer.

 Isaac is moving up the ranks as well and he's promoted to Ballroom Dancer.

Everyone gathered on Sunday morning to see Barty become a child. He could have grown up the night before but there was a lot going on. :D

Here he is with his new look. As a toddler Barty accumulated 8 Charisma, 3 Mechanical, 3 Creativity and 3 logic skills. You have to love smart milk!

It's a friends' day when the Aspir's come over for lunch. Elizabeth must have stayed home to look after her young twins.

Daniel and Sharon had to go to work too but as you see Erik is here for his daily-not-invited visit and everyone enjoyed Hannah's homemade soup. 

Poor Daniel got fired from his second teen job and now has no chance of getting his scholarship.

Because as he told his mother, he was ready for the 'big wide world'.

at College! :)

Sharon ended her shift, and her week with a very good popup. It was an amazing week for her, career wise. Love wise? hmmm. :D

Summary.

Well I don't get Sharon and Erik, 3 bolts and you think they'd be mad for each other but they really aren't which is why I'm hesitant to push them into anything. I spent all week 'should they/shouldn't they' and stupidly left it to them. We'll see what happens next round which won't be too long as it'll be the Bell family before too long.
