Erin Beaker- Round 2

 

While I was looking for my next house on the alphabetical list a quick search made me realise that I had forgotten to play Erin Beaker- and so I am slotting her round in here, before I get to the Burb family.

Erin still lives here with Lola & Chloe Curious. Kristen moved out last time after she married Joe Graham.

Erin is currently in the Education career as her LTW related career of Culinary is yet to appear. Lola wants to be the Law and is already in her career. She is changing her likes/dislikes to get a better attraction to her crush Tank Grunt.

Nature lover Chloe is a Marine Biologist- this actual lover wants 20 lovers of her own. She brought Ryan Wheeler home to chat.

Lola got a promotion to Legal Biller and invited the Grunt's over. 

Her new attraction to Tank is 2 bolts, hopefully I can change his upon his turn. So Lola moved out to the Grunt household and Chloe waved her goodbye.

Erin & Chloe never saw eye to eye but as the round has progressed they are actually friends now.

While High School Teacher Erin waited for her car pool she dug up a map to Twikkii Island.

Chloe greeted Kristen Graham after work (She lives in that house across the street) and told her about her latest promotion to Whale Tracker.

Erin brought Vidcund Curious home from work while Chloe was busy chatting to pregnant Emmy Subject.

Chloe's true 3 bolt love is Ripp Grunt. She has cheated on him several times but always comes back to him. She may or may not obtain her 20 lovers while Ripp works his way through college.

On Wednesday Erin invited Kevin Beare over and they fell in love!

Erin had been hoping for a first kiss.

She wasted no time... packed a few things, wished Chloe luck and moved into Kevin's house. 

Kevin asked if she'd like to have his babies...

Well gosh put a ring on it first Kevin! :D

It's early Monday morning at Kevin's and as Erin left on Thursday I'll play through until Wednesday night here. Erin found her job in Culinary straight away (Kevin is the Educator here) and Erin also fell in love with Ursula the cat.

Erin left for her first shift as a Waitress.

Kevin cheered as ever when he arrived home- not at a promotion but just at life itself. Chloe had stopped by for a visit.

Erin got 500 simoleons from a chance card and a promotion to Prep Cook. Plans were made as were phone calls...

Yes it's the wedding party!

The new Mr & Mrs Beare.

Of course Erin's brother Loki can't be anywhere there isn't trouble, even if he's not causing it on this occasion. I guess Vidcund Curious still hasn't got over Loki's wife Circe dumping him when they were teenagers.

Thankfully everyone came inside... ate, drank, danced and had fun. 

The happy couple celebrated their wedding night but there were no chimes to be heard.

Possibly just as well as their taxi came to take them to Twikki Island the next morning.

Kevin's first memory of the beach was a painful one.

As was Erin's!

Not sure they impressed the locals with their Hula dance but it's sure to improve.

They learnt a fun Sea Chantey from a Pirate ghost,

and enjoyed early morning pancakes with a beach view.

Kevin mastered a fire dance,

and Erin was gifted a voodoo doll!

Just some of the lovely memories they made while here at Twikki Island.

Back at home and Kevin's hard work has paid off and he can finally make Snapdragons.

Erin worked on the garden (She loves Nature) and went off for not one, but two shifts, first as a prep cook then as an Executive Chef.  A long day but it paid off.

    Kevin's Wednesday shift ended in him becoming a University Guest Lecturer, earning 50K and bringing a colleague home. (I shall try not to be concerned that said colleague is dressed in college attire :D)

While Erin's day ended a little differently!

We leave our newlyweds here, celebrating their honeymoon baby! :)

Summary-

It's funny how playing the same round again has ended differently. Last time Chloe had twins (by her boyfriend Ripp's father) and this time I decided to let her play out her single life (and possibly complete her LTW) with no ties. We'll see her soon when it is her turn on the list. Erin had reached the top of her career I think back then and became an Elder.

I still have the theory that whichever of Chloe or Lola have kids first it will be twins but we will see this time if Lola decides to have a baby (or babies) with Tank. 

Erin's second aspiration is Family (given to her this time) so I thought her and Kevin are a good match and so far so good. She will be an Elder pretty soon next time though. 

Now it's off to the Burb's! :)

Ty Bubbler- 1st round after Graduation

 

Strangetown's University S.S.U is our next destination for Ty Bubbler. He is on the lawn of the Fraternity house working on his body skill.

After a quick shower Ty's college journey is about to come to an end- but not before throwing a Graduation party!

He invited the guys who came before him as well as the girls from the Sorority (old and new) and a few other friends. Castor Nova is busy learning Physiology but he'll soon join the party.

Castor was flirting with his girlfriend (possibly fiancée) Allegra Gorey when Brittany Upsnott got very mad.

She really did give poor Castor a heavy slap. Allegra didn't interfere but is obviously thinking about it.

Brittany must have held a bit of a torch for Castor.

Someone served up some Grilled cheese sandwiches and everyone was soon distracted by the food which gave Ty a chance to catch up with his buddies.

The newest member of the Frat, Jared Starchild is Ty's best buddy and happily poses for the graduation picture. I love Castor cheering on in the backgroud. Congrats Ty and welcome to adulthood!

Last time I put Ty in an apartment but they just stress me out so here he is at his new little house in Strangetown.

He had a backpack full of essentials and a few goodies. I've just noticed one of the dining chairs is facing the wrong way. ;)

Upstairs he has a nice shower room and a large but basic bedroom. Ty is a Popularity Sim who wishes to become a General. Although he had a conquest (or two) in college he is yet to meet someone special and for now will concentrate on settling in.

Oh dear... while he may match his home decor I don't think this is quite Ty. 

off to Strangetown's H&M he goes.

He met a few new people and got a nice new outfit- sticking to the blue that he 'grew up' in. 

He was invited out that night by Sam Phoenix and a whole group of familiar faces. Bella Goth the townie showed up too!

It was a fun night for Ty and his group.

hmm, do Housekeeper's normally show up to outings?

It's good to see Bella expanding her group of playable contacts too.

On Tuesday (Monday was a long day) Ty didn't find the Military but did find a nice job in Paranormal- he might as well put his degree to good use!

Of course he's working unsociable hours but he enjoyed his first shift as a Police Psychic.

On Wednesday he had a wish to win a cooking competition. He offered a berry pie while Loki Beaker matched the resident Chef's Baked Alaska and maid Xavier Hurt cooked up some spaghetti.

Ty was surprised and thrilled to win the Judge's approval, and rosette for first place!

While he was enjoying his slice of pie something was happening in the competition area...

I guess Loki really is a sore loser... not only did he lose the competition but he lost the fight against Xavier as well!

On Thursday Ty met a townie and talked for a while before work.

Ty doesn't even have to think about the choice and immediately chooses to save the child,

Of course it was the right decision for Ty which also netted him a nice bonus and promotion.

He happily paid his bills that day.

He'd also had a new wrap around fence installed- any digging in this garden is going to be done by Ty, not stray dogs!

On Friday Ty got promoted to Exorcist and brought Jane Stacks home with him,

He invited Kelly Fuchs over- the housekeeper he'd met at his outing. Sadly though there was no option for her to leave.

Even when Ty left in the early hours to go to work Kelly had taken up residence in his bed (purely platonically). So I had no choice once she was awake to move_objects and delete her. (She'd kept getting 'stuck' on his sofas and chairs).  Note to self- leave Housekeepers well alone. If they'd have had 3 bolts I probably would have moved her in but they didn't.

Ty got a bad chance card which demoted him. He's got the weekend off now so called up Sam.

He also worked on some skills,

and made 10 best friends.

What better way to celebrate than to have an afternoon/evening with his friends down at the Diner.

Sunday morning was spent catching up with jobs around the house and skills before Ty met Johnny Smith.

Then Ty decided to throw a house party for all his friends. You can see I didn't notice the dining chair out of place (until I saw the pics)!

Everyone stayed until poor Ty was almost asleep on his feet.

As he crawled into bed that night Ty can be very happy with his week.

Summary.

Must remember to look for Military again! It's too easy sometimes to be caught up in a different career but Ty has plenty of time for his LTW.
