Charlie Dallas- Urele-Oresha-Cham House. Freshman Year

 

Here is Charlie Dallas at the Fraternity house in Strangetown's University Campus. Charlie is a Romance Sim who wishes to woohoo 20 sims. 

Charlie joined the guys on a trip to the Campus shops to buy a phone, shoot some pool and make some new acquaintances with a Secret Society member and Buck Grunt.

One of Charlie's housemates is Merlin Louie, Knowledge Sim, Super Neat. If everything is not in its rightful place Merlin will let you know!

Another housemate is Castor Nova, the last remaining original housemate whose fellow originals; Kevin Beare, Ashley Pitts and Joshua Ruben have all graduated. Castor has also graduated, he's just awaiting his time to leave so figured he might as well use the Autumn boost for skilling.

Charlie's other housemate is Jared Starchild, here for his final and Senior year.

It's great that they all get along so well.

Castor invited a few friends from the Secret Society over, this is Sam Landchild and Irfan Huerta.

The old gang was back, Kevin Beare and Ty Bubbler as well as Joshua Ruben and Ashley Pitts in the background, all former frat brothers.

The boys all rushed out to wave Castor out of University. 

The next morning Charlie served up breakfast while Merlin maxed his creativity.

Jared's logic of needing a new chair when they've just lost a member of the household is odd... maybe he knows something I don't?

Charlie finished his first semester with an A+ and a spot on the Dean's list.

He made Frances Peshtarianu his first love.

Jared's buddy Sam had finished his pledge period,

He moved in straight away. Sam Landchild is a Knowledge Sim who wishes to be a City Planner, he chose Art as his major.

Sam got a new look, beanie, glasses and stubble.

A shot at everyday in the house, Sam on the pinball, Jared on the phone and Charlie skipping his way to a better body while the Llama Mascot sings his school cheer.

Merlin is busy away from everyone else learning to sew.

The guys are excited to become the next lot of Greek house legends.

A new guy from the Secret Society is Phil Louie, a possible distant relative of existing member Merlin? Either way Sam asks him to pledge.

"Dude, write my term paper"....

"you'd better clean this place up"... are just two of the tasks set to Phil during his first visit.

Sam was busy searching the skies....

yikes!

The only house member not to let anything distract from his studies is Merlin, of course.

Sam came flying out of that spacecraft.

and even a worried Merlin came out to see. Both Charlie & Jared thought he must have had a brilliant adventure!

The next morning it was business as usual, some assignments being done while Charlie made a best friend forever and the cheerleader burst into a cheer.

Later on Charlie finished his Freshman year, Jared has completed class for the day and in 24 hours time will have Graduated. 

The other boys have 24 hours until Merlin completes his Sophomore year and Sam will complete his first Freshman semester.

Summary- 

There were no baby chimes for Sam after his alien encounter which makes sense given he's at Uni although authentically he could have got pregnant and been made to drop out. Still, his chance of abduction should increase once he's an adult now especially if using the dance o'sphere and it was my first Uni abduction. :)

It's quite nice to have the members staggered through different years and semesters and should keep the Greek house going strong playing this way.

Charlie isn't much of a Romance sim and he and Frances are actually 3 bolters, which I know means she's most likely a Romance sim but it's almost too good to miss. After his Sophomore year I might change his aspiration and see what happens.

Chris Cwik- Freshman Year

 

Here is Chris Cwik, you've caught her being handcuffed and led away...

Here is her fiancé Alexander Goth. He was dorm mates with the Grundstrom brothers (they came to college with Alexander originally but once he'd met Chris he knew he had to move her in so they could go through college together.  

So Alexander left the dorm after his Freshman year and got his own rental, moving Chris in straight away.

But it's not just any rental,  Alexander is starting the first Greek House in Pleasantview's Uni- Académie Le Tour.

Back to Chris, she is accepted into the Voluvent Secret Society where she spent several hours even going to class once before leaving.

Back home for cereal with Alexander. Time moved on for Chris while she was at the Secret Society lot but for Alexander time was frozen while she was away. 

Both Alexander and Chris are Family Sims and share a lifetime wish to Graduate 3 kids from college! It's no wonder they have such attraction given their shared interests in life.

Owing to the fact that Chris became Big Woman on Campus whilst at the SS lot, and Alexander too has lot of friends their Greek House is soon top level.

Chris' first semester finished quickly.

What they need to grow and keep the Greek house going is Pledges so Alexander ran out to meet a walkby student to start making a friend.

He can of course ask anyone to pledge at anytime but if the friendship level isn't right they won't accept like Valerie here.

Coach Kevin Das is on Alexander's case just as he was enjoying a lovely, melty Grilled cheese. 

Unlike established Greek houses in other 'hoods this one has very basic furnishings but cosy enough for Chris and Alexander.

They carry on with yesterdays leftover Grilled cheese for breakfast.

As Chris worked on her assignment Alexander kept up with his friendships over the phone.

Valerie Jayapalan finally agreed to be a pledge and is working on an assignment for Alexander. I know she's reallly neat as Chris had her do some cleaning before so she will be a great asset to the house when she's available to move in after her pledge period is over.

Chris is making a friend in Beau Broke.

Alexander is the first to finish the year,  now he's a Junior.

He's happy with the house they've created so far, it's called the Hoh-Nagard House.

The next morning Chris finished her Freshman Year, she isn't too far behind Alexander and I'm sure over the next few college years can catch up time by going to community lots and the SS by herself.

Summary-

A quick but fun round, much time spent making enough friends to try and get some pledges but also not wanting too many as it'd be nice to have some original Sims in the house too, so we'll see how that goes over the round if any decide to join.

Next it's over to Strangetown Uni for Charlie Dallas, a Sim I added last round to the Frat house.

Lola Curious- round 2

 

We are still in Strangetown, this time for Lola Curious who has moved in with the Grunt family because she is in love with Tank. His Dad -General Buzz- is just informing his two sons (Buck is the youngest) that he has become a father of twins with none other than Lola's twin sister Chloe!

Tank decided once and for all to remove his face paint.

Better, although he is very much like his Dad in looks.

While Lola went off to her job in Law and Buck to school, General Buzz searched for his one true career which is Media. No luck today.

Tank wants to be a General just like his father but no work for him today so he washed the family dog, Shep.

General Buzz made his 10th best friend in Pollination Technician #9. 

Buck came home from school and his big brother Ripp walked by from college but did not come in- he was still mad at his Dad over Chloe who he also loves. 

When Lola returned from work as a Paralegal, Tank surprised her with a proposal- she said Yes!

A quick arrangement in the garden and a party was thrown for all their friends and family,

During the party a poor choice on a chance card gave Shep a demotion, he is in a very bad mood as you can see!

Tuesday dawned and both Buzz and Buck had been up all night... Buck will get used to that as he is leaving immediately for college! He is joining Luna Curious & co in a dorm and we will see him when it's his turn on the playlist.

Tank made his 5th best friend.

As General Buzz served chili for lunch he interrogated Lola on her cooking ability!

Buzz of course is highly skilled frugal and does everything around the house including repairs.

On Wednesday a visibly pregnant Lola created omelettes in the hope that her new father-in-law would approve- he did.

While Buzz went to work with a smile poor Shep wasn't happy at not being taken for a walk that morning as Lola and Tank also went to work.

Buzz had a tough decision to make- he chose to Intercept...

and it paid off very nicely for him! He was pleased as only yesterday did he get his promotion to General back after a poor chance card last round.

Tank is doing well too and is now a Junior Officer, he is teaching Shep to 'play dead'.

General Buzz arrived home a little later not by helicopter but by the dogs' ride to work I think, shame it would have been fun to see Shep leap into a helicopter!

General Buzz came home with flu' but also brought Nervous Subject home. He influenced him to cook dinner.

Thankfully Nervous must have known there was sickness in the house (Lola too) and made Comfort Soup.

A hearty bowl of that and Buzz & Lola were better in no time.

On Thursday the new Counter Intelligence Officer Tank bought his colleague Joel Jeffress home.

The evening was spent for Tank and General Buzz phoning their respective acquaintances whilst Lola rested.

In the early hours of Friday Lola and Tank welcomed a daughter, Jade Grunt.

General Buzz is a hands on Grandpa, his kids' hired a nanny but he beat her to the cuddles.

He still gave her a good tip for her time though.

The day finished well with Lola being promoted to Personal Injury Attorney and Tank a Flight Officer.

On Saturday Buzz finished what Tank started and taught Shep to 'play dead'.

Tank maxed his body skill, he's in the greatest shape of his life.

That evening Lola worked on her post baby body whilst Tank gazed at the stars.

They both woke up at night very overheated. I shall have to check the roof next round.

General Buzz is a much nicer Grandpa than a Father, although his relationship with Tank and Buck is good he still needs to work on one with his son Ripp.

Later on Saturday General Buzz became an elder! Oops I forgot.

It made Lola hastily throw a party for him, but really it was for little Jade.

There was a slight glitch so Grandpa Buzz was the one to take Jade to the cake in the end.

Sunday morning started with Grandpa Buzz teaching Jade to talk,

Tank had his new best friend Ashley Pitts over.

and Shep is now a contraband sniffer! Top of career for him and 5K earned.

General Buzz decided the time was right to move out... 'bye Grandpa'. *sniff* 

He is joining Erin Beaker at the new Single Senior house where we will catch up with him soon.

Lola gave Jade lots of cuddles and taught her to walk after promising that of course she'll still see her Grandpa.

Summary-

whew what a week. I decided it was easier to ship Buck off to college and he wanted to go anyway.

I find it hard to distinguish between Buzz and Tank regardless of their face masks and had a few near romantic misses. :D

Interesting observation- having played Lola & Chloe several times I wonder if with the first of them to give birth it is always twins, as last time I played them it was Lola who had twins (with General Buzz would you believe?!- maybe it's him?!).

Shep got demoted twice this week with chance cards which is why I didn't rush him learning his last trick but he got there in the end. Of course he's Buck's dog really, I wonder if Buck will come home after college and claim him?

Lola didn't get too many promotions and I totally forgot about General Buzz looking for Media after that one time, feels like he was meant to always be a General anyway. :)

Jade is a cutie, she is 10 Neat, 9 Outgoing, 7 Nice and 6 Active, finally someone in this house who will love to clean!

next is a visit to Pleasantview with a new addition, Chris Cwik, who is the chosen love of Alexander Goth, they are in college.
