Ramirez Family.

 

The Ramirez family live at 146 Pebble Drive in Bluewater Village, which I am playing as a subhood to Riverblossom Hills in my game.

Meet the family;- Business owner Checo, his wife Lisa and their young daughter Tessa.

Although Checo owns Ramirez' Fine Furnishings this Fortune Sim really wants to be a Business Tycoon and so the decision was made to sell the family business.

Checo then found the Business career straight away on the pc.

Knowledge lover Lisa wants to become Chief of Staff but there were no vacancies that day so she stayed home to greet the welcome wagon of Morty Roth, Trent Traveller and Julien Cooke.

Checo came home with a demotion thanks to a bad decision at work, but he also earned extra when he got some inheritance from his old friend Catherine Viejo.

Tessa got an A+ first day!

She celebrated with her school buddy Ethan Cameron.

Checo made just over 78,000 Simoleons when he sold the business so decided to makeover their bedroom from this,

to this. I kept the bed and bedside tables, just changed colours and moved the furniture around.

Lisa appreciated the new bathroom.

Tessa's bedroom and bathroom went from this...

to this.

The next morning before work and school Tessa and her dad caught up whilst watching the cooking channel.

Still no career for Lisa so she popped to Belle's Boutique to buy some new pjs.

 It took a while as the Unsavoury Charlatan was busy trying to rob the teller.

Checo is an Executive Assistant, he bought a friend home from work.

as did Tessa, she came home with Molly Ottomas.

On Wednesday Lisa had to call the Exterminator as she found cockroaches on the sidewalk where someone kept kicking over her trash.

She gave him a nice tip.

She got a nice boost of points for earning a cooking skill,

Checo made Field Sales Rep,

and Tessa and Ethan became best friends.

A day off for Checo on Thursday and still no career for Lisa so they went to Cold Issue Clothing where Checo treated himself to a trendy new suit and Lisa got some new cargoes.

One of Lisa's turn on's was for someone super fit and so Checo used his day off to build some muscle!

Tessa bought Nicole Alioto home from school and Lisa made a best friend.

On Friday Lisa found her career and set off as an EMT just as a lucky chance card gave Checo a promotion to Junior Executive. He walked back to work for another shift,

and returned when another lucky chance card promoted him to Executive!

Lisa too got promoted to Paramedic.

Lisa had barely been back in bed when in the early hours of Saturday a burglar appeared.

The family don't seem particularly bothered about the intrusion do they?

Thankfully one of the coolest police officers I've seen soon had the situation under control and escorted him off the premises and into her squad car.

As the family a), were all up anyway in the middle of the night and b) had worked pretty hard I sent them to Twikki Island for a vacation!

while the girls worked on their tans Checo greeted the locals.

They spent the first of their 4 days at the hotel, enjoying the beach, company and a lobster supper.

The next day at South Beach Tessa insisted they have matching holiday outfits and Checo is doing his own 'lobster' impression thanks to his sunburn. 

They later met a Ghost Pirate Captain,

and as seems to be becoming the 'norm', saw a couple of locals fighting.

The next day while Checo was learning a new massage Lisa & Tessa had fun swinging on the hammocks.

They all enjoyed a nice soak in the hot springs.

Several trips were taken, the worst outcome of which was when a swarm of bees attacked them.

after much, much digging someone unearthed a secret map. The adults fixed all the broken stuff and they were here so long I didn't think a prize was forthcoming, but as they were leaving the Witch Doctor belted down the stairs and just caught Tessa before she left the lot to hand her a Voodoo Doll.

They were sad to leave but that's a sign of a great holiday.

Once home (and with a new dining table to replace their very bugged one) they enjoyed breakfast and Tessa got a new muffin oven.

Lisa left for work and was promoted to Nurse.. she got a couple of hours sleep before going back to work on Sunday,

While Lisa was at work Checo had the urge to fish and took Tessa to Hunter's Park.

They met some new people,

and even caught a fish or two.

Lisa returned as a Resident, then did a quick change and went straight back to work.

Tessa fulfilled a wish when she sold some lemonade to a townie walking by,

Tessa is now a GP thanks to a chance card, She flew up the ranks in those couple of days but did pull a lot of double shifts (and had some luck).

But the week isn't quite over as there is a party to go to! It's Tessa's teen birthday.

and here is beautiful Tessa. She rolled Romance and wants to Woohoo with 20 Sims!

It looks like she may be making sneaky plans to go out with Melody Tinker if that wink is anything to go by...

But that will have to wait for another day as the police have just arrived to break up the party!

Summary-

A fun week here at the Ramirez home. I have played this family a few times and always keep the business so this time fancied a change and to try and get the family to reach their LTW careers instead.

I've never played Tessa as a Romance Sim and I'm sure college will help with that, so next round maybe she'll be enrolling!
