Rai- Jasmine, Freshman Year

 

Here we are back at La Fiesta Tech in Veronaville to visit the Shifting Paradymes college rental.

Living here are Jasmine Rai and in the background her housemates Gunnar Roque and Zoe Zimmerman.

Jasmine is a Popularity Sim with a Lifetime Wish to have 20 best friends.

Jasmine was invited Downtown and along with her housemates went in a big 'Monty' group to Midnight Flows.

Even though they were a group they still ate separately as there were 'no available' tables, They all still chatted through dinner though...

and dessert... Zoe ended up with her first serving in her lap courtesy of the Klutzy wait staff but I missed the photo op. 

It was a fun night of chatter, dance and some bad karaoke. :D

Almost as soon as they returned home Jasmine was abducted by the Secret Society.

She got a big cheer upon her arrival and tried to make as many new friends as possible whilst in the Secret Society house.

She even had time to make over a couple of members who hadn't received their SS tattoos.

Just before leaving Jasmine counterfeited herself a few extra simoleons,

and even earned a creativity skill point for working on the hydroponic planting station.

The next morning she and fellow Freshman Zoe cleaned up the kitchen while Junior Gunnar Roque made a best friend.

After class they all got better acquainted whilst watching tv.

Jasmine invited friends over and what is this? Who is autonomously in love now?

Aldric Davis and Klara Vonderstein? Really? I thought Aldric had the hots for Blossom? Guess not. :D

Gunnar then gave Stella a backrub. Honestly, hormonal young adults!

As Gunnar was saying goodbye to William Williamson and his dorm mates the SS came for Zoe.

The next afternoon Jasmine finished her first Semester top of the class.

As did her new best friend Zoe.

Gunnar's grades are just about good enough to pass and even if he looks fit he's not fit enough for the Campus Coach!

Jasmine got upset about something, was it Zoe hugging Gunnar? Do they both secretly fancy their Romance Sim housemate?

Gunnar then got whisked away to the Secret Society.

When he got home he enjoyed a late supper with his new best friend Zoe, she seemed less than impressed with Gunnar's burnt spaghetti.

Jasmine woke up and went up to the roof to play the guitar for some fun (and skills). 

I guess her fawning over Gunnar shows that she really does fancy him. :D

She decided to impress her housemates with her new Crepes recipe,

But oh dear she set herself on fire. Gunnar was useless and circled on the spot screaming like a girl while Zoe grabbed the fire extinguisher and went into action,

A minute later both Jasmine and Gunnar were on fire!

But Zoe kept her cool and saved her housemates. Hooray!

The least they could do after they all got cleaned up was to eat the burnt crepes. :D

and that closes off a rather dramatic end to Jasmine's Freshman Year!

Summary,

Well that was a bit exciting and I wasn't sure if Zoe was going to be able to save them both, no fire alarm obviously as no help arrived. 

Jasmine managed 5 best friends this year. 

We'll be back here again soon for Gunnar's turn and for his Senior Year!
