Loner Family

 

Here we are back in Strangetown to visit Ajay Loner. 

I've put Ajay in this lots & houses home.

Ajay is a Fortune Sim and very happy when I purchased a fridge for him. His Lifetime want is to be a City Planner. He's quite neat and nice and very outgoing.

Ajay chatted a while to the paper delivery girl and when the free computer was dropped off he was spoilt for choice with jobs, though not the one he desired of course. He did take a job in Business though and walked straight off to work.

He didn't bring home a promotion but did bring his colleague Gerard Landry home.

A little later Gerard invited him on a night out and they arrived shortly after at the 50's diner.

Ajay enjoyed meeting some of Gerard's friends and they had a nice supper.

Ajay even got a memento of the evening when one of the party took some snapshots.

Once home Ajay splashed out on a double bed.

In the early hours of Tuesday he ordered a pizza.

Using his newly acquired desk to place the computer he still had no luck finding the Architecture career. He used his new easel though to start earning a creativity skill.

A promotion to Executive Assistant and a new colleague called Kitty Stratton came home with Ajay today.

Ajay had the desire to fish and so walked off to Sim Centre North.

He was soon joined by various neighbours (and Gerard) where they whiled away a fair few hours.

Ajay had a little scope and quite liked the look of Jill Fleig.

On Wednesday Ajay made his first home cooked meal of pan fried Bass. 

Still no luck with the career.

He invited Jill Fleig over after work though.

They enjoyed a nice dinner (pan fried Bass naturally)!  It seems Jill isn't shy about talking about what she wants in life!

 

On Thursday the most exciting thing that happened was that Ajay earned a logic skill and 750 simoleons from a chance card and also a promotion to Field Sales Representative.

On Friday he came home in a better model of car as a Junior Executive.

He could afford to pay his bills and buy a nicer bed.

Kitty rang and asked Ajay on a date so he met her Downtown at The Hub.

Dinner was pleasant but Ajay has no real spark or inclination toward Kitty.

After their date ended he scoped the room and found that Chloe Singles did attract him.

But as a Romance sim she pretty much attracts everyone. They had a nice chat though and Ajay was happy to see Kitty had clearly 'moved on' as she was already having a second dinner with someone else!

Ajay chatted to a few sims around the bar before going home.

He had a few maintenance jobs to do around the house before bed.

But was woken in the very early hours of Saturday when a Burglar intruded his home.

Thankfully the local police officer Larry Mace soon had the situation under control and arrested Chloe Gonzaga.

Ajay is now an Executive. He brought another new colleague, Nawwaf Grundstrom home.

He also earned the Business career reward, the Execuputter which should make earning Charisma a lot more fun!

He celebrated by going back to Sim Centre North for another spot of fishing.

He stayed again until the early hours, it's not only good for catching fish for supper but for befriending Sims too, both Tank Grunt and Robert Kim were very chatty.

Once home and still wide awake Ajay invited his friend Contessa Anna Le Tourneau over who came along with her friend, college student Ty Bubbler. They stayed until daylight then left so Ajay could get some sleep.

Two more new purchases today are making Ajay's place much more homey.

Sunday lunchtime saw the arrival of The Singles!

Ajay made sandwiches for everyone. You can see how Erin is giving Chloe the 'evils'. :D

Ajay saw another Sim walking past and invited him in.

They got inside with his other friend Jill just as Chloe and Erin were going at it.

Ajay managed to diffuse the situation by asking his friend to chat with Erin and saying goodbye to Chloe!

Sunday night saw yet another fishing session for Ajay where he met a few townies and Nathan Gavigan.

He also made best friends with his colleague Gerard Landry before going home.

Just after midnight going into Monday morning Ajay finally found the Architecture career and given that he's looking on the pc and with more skills/friends under his belt he starts next time as Head of Construction Company.

Summary-

This was a good week for Ajay, a Sim I have rarely played and never for long when I did. 

I didn't particularly have a goal for Ajay and so life just played out day to day. He's certainly very sociable and even though he always rolls a wish to fish he isn't particularly drawn to Nature and is yet to earn a badge.

It's a great way for him to make friends and feed himself though!
