Larson Family

 

We are here in Riverblossom Hills where The Larson family have just moved into 21W 178 Mountain Pass Road, a lot I found in the lots & houses bin and placed and named in line with the other houses on this road.

It is a reasonable size, open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a separate room for what will be a second bathroom once funds allow. 

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, I sold the bath to buy a cheap shower and 2 cheap beds.

Twins Jodie and Jason who hail from Bluewater Village but have just stepped out into the Main neighbourhood (here Riverblossom Hills) to live their lives out.

Neither Sim has an interest in business and Jodie wishes to be Chief of Staff in the Medical profession whilst Jason covets becoming Captain Hero.

While they wait for the Paperkid & Humble they dig for treasure. Jodie hit a water pipe.

Both Fortune Sims they want to find any job so they can start earning the big bucks. Jason chooses to go into Law for now.

Once the free pc was dropped off Jodie found the Science career.

Jason got promoted to Law Firm Receptionist and waited for Jodie to come home (without a promotion).

They accepted an invite downtown where Jodie 'scoped the room' and found Marcel Todd to be most attractive, Jason scoped everyone and liked most of them, if only 1 bolt.

Still scoping the room Jodie found Checo Ramirez to be quite hot, although still 2 bolts like Marcel.

The clumsy Server dropped Jodie's dinner all over her.

On Tuesday Jason became a Legal Secretary and Jodie a Lab Assistant. Jason worked on the logic skill he knew he would eventually need for the Law Enforcement career.

Jodie walked back to work that evening.

She got another promotion to Field Researcher.

Neither Sim has yet to cook and Jason ordered pizza.

Jodie found the Medical career on the pc.

On Wednesday Jodie left for her first shift as an E.M.T

She arrived home as a Paramedic and bought a colleague (Brandi Custer) with her. Brandi gifted Jodie a computer.

Jason got promoted to Legal Biller.

He decided to splash out and buy the cheapest car, he took it for a spin and had an alarm installed.

While Jason was at work on Thursday and Jodie not due to start until 8pm she went to the local store (Belle's Boutique & Tailoring) where she purchased a couple of new outfits.

She drove home in a Summer dress to make the most of the Sunny days.

Jodie stopped a neighbour walking by whilst Jason made a bad decision at work which saw him get fired. 

As Jodie went off for the nightshift Jason had invited his friend Robin Zarubin over who listened while he ranted about life, work, life..etc.

Obviously he charmed her somehow as she agreed to go on a date with him.

They shared a first kiss,

and after the date as he was going home Jason witnessed an ugly fight in the dining area,

oh dear, picking on little old ladies? Shame on you.

On Friday morning Jason finally found Law Enforcement! He's not starting until tomorrow night though.

Lisa Ramirez walked by and Jason caught her for a chat.

Jodie is now a Nurse and such is the turnaround from the promotion she went into the 'energizer' aspiration reward to renew all her moods and learned a quick skill before heading in for the early shift on Saturday. 

Jodie's medical career reward is very handy for learning mechanical skills.

On Saturday afternoon Jason went to the Maple Springs Pool & Spa hoping he might find a 3 bolt love as his turn on's are Blonde and Swimwear he figured how hard could it be? 

Very hard as it turns out... he didn't meet his match but did meet a few new neighbours including Gabe O'Mackey.

On Saturday evening Jason was in the mood to party and invited a while bunch of people over including his hot date Robin. It's a testimony to how much pizza was eaten this week that the family are friends with the local pizza delivery lady.  :D

Autonomously falling in love during a backrub while I was watching Jodie it seemed a good way to boost the party score by sending them both upstairs...

and a roof raising party was had before Jason had to get up and go for his first night shift.

The next morning Jason (who got promoted to Cadet last night) just had time to clear up the dishes and leftover pieces of pizza that were lying around before he went to work.

A day off for Jodie though and she invited Marcel Todd on a date.

They went to the Hub.

Dinner and dancing were enjoyed by both.

Jodie and Marcel ended the date on a high! 

When she got home Jason had been promoted to Patrol Officer and walked straight back for another shift...

Jodie used the peace and quiet to cement some of her friendships before turning in for the night.

Jason got home work just after 11pm on Sunday night after earning 10K for the week and getting yet another promotion, this time to Desk Sergeant. 

Summary;-

I really enjoyed this week at the Larson's and really let them lead the way with their wishes. Neither Jason nor Jodie seems keen to settle down, especially Jason even though he's supposedly in love with Robin.

Time will tell over the course of the round!
