We are still in college but this time have moved to Pleasantview and Académie Le Tour.
Home to Delilah O'Feefe.
Delilah is a Knowledge Sim with a LTW to be a Game Designer. She likes painting and the colour yellow, the latter of which is reflected throughout her home.
Although living alone on Campus Delilah is never alone as a visitor always pops in on a daily basis, today it's her Cheerleading friend Candice.
Also coming of their own accord is Delilah's Art Professor, Camryn.
They talk so long that Delilah's grade bar is completely full already which means she can skip class and go and do something fun.
She heads down to the Campus Library D'Livre, which translates to Book Library, but isn't that a given? :D
Delilah enjoys the sunny weather and rustles up some hotdogs.
She enjoyed several whilst talking to various other students.
At some point she actually did go into the library but only to meet and greet more students.
She even found a 'secret society' member wandering about the library.
The next day she cooked herself some breakfast and went about her day.
Later that day she was invited Downtown and chose the Corner Shoppes.
It's a good spot for shopping, fun and eating but mostly it's the pool table that attracts everyone.
Some fun and the beginnings of friendships were formed and the outing was a success.
Back home Delilah invited her good friend Edwin Sharpe and his household- his sister Roxie and her boyfriend Jonah Powers- over.
I always find it amusing when fellow students come to visit and they immediately want to study, it doesn't seem much like life imitating art to me. :D
Delilah made best friends with Edwin.
She's not shown a proclivity for Romance yet but Edwin would be a good option for her. I'll have to check their attraction during his turn. :)
Delilah works on her Creativity skill doing a painting.
Her first semester is over and she found herself on the Dean's list.
She made friends with Marla Biggs over the phone.
Then caught up with some much needed repair jobs around the house.
A little later friends Mitch Indie and Max Flexor came over and Delilah made a best friend in Mitch.
Later Delilah rolled a wish to win a cooking competition so walked to the Copur Kitchen Cook-off ( a lot I've never visited before).
She whipped up a batch of Crepes Suzette.
then waited patiently for the other contestants.
Zack Kat made pancakes, a townie called Felicia brought Pop Tarts and Dora Ottomas made a Berry Pie.
The judge spent lots of time looking and tasting the Crepes and took his time with a lovely looking fruit pie that Dora made.
Yes! Delilah won!
She graciously tried Dora's delicious pie and sat down with Edward Contrary and a townie whilst eating.
Back at home and more friendships are made.
Professor Camryn came over again just in time for Delilah to fill her grade bar,
then it was time for her final exam of the year which again she passed with flying colours. Freshman Year- done!
Summary- a fun and fast year here at Delilah's, she has lots of friends but hasn't found (or really looked) for that special someone.
Delilah likes yellow, which is my favourite colour, too - therefore, I have always had a soft spot for her :-)
ReplyDeleteShe's done well in her Freshman Year, but has she gone to class at all? I always forget about taking advantage of friendships with the professors, unless they have a "playable" surname.
Edwin seems a good match for her, it will be interesting to find out what he thinks.
I like Delilah too and her quirky little house on Campus. :)
DeleteI think she may have gone to one or two classes but as her Professor turned up so often it was easier to chat her way to a full grade bar. :D
It won't be too long until I'm at Edwin's place for Jonah's turn so we will see what happens. :)
