Capp- Regan

Here we are at the home of Regan Capp. It's moving Day and she is renting an apartment.

It's the Dynamite Duplex. She lives here with her husband Cornwall and brother Kent. But Kent is heading off to the wrong apartment... more on that in a minute.

Regan rents the apartment furnished, the family funds were just enough to cover the furnishings and deposit. It's a small area downstairs owing to the huge garage.

Upstairs are two good size bedrooms, 1 with walk in wardrobe and 2 bathrooms.

Ah, Kent has found his good friend Bianca Monty and is happy that she is his neighbour.

Cornwall, a Fortune Sim wishes to earn 100K and so he takes the first job he sees which is in Education.

Kent is a Knowledge Sim with a wish to be a Space Pirate. He wished to find a job in either Science or Medicine and as Adventurer wasn't available he took Science for now. 

Regan has a wish to become The Law... that wasn't available either and so she took Business.

Cornwall made a good decision at work and earned a skill.

He got a promotion too from playground monitor to Teacher's Aide.

Kent got a boost to his starting career as he is well skilled and so after one shift he is promoted to Science Teacher.

Regan too scored a promotion... she's now an Executive Assistant.

Kent loves to cook, he's making burgers for dinner.

Cornwall chats to a friend on the phone to help with career promotions.

Regan really wants a baby.

 Last time I played her and Cornwall they weren't blessed but this time bells were heard straight away!

Kent would love to see beyond Veronaville...

Cornwall was promoted again on Tuesday.

Kent whips up a cake after work. He found his career in Adventure today so will start in the field tomorrow.

Regan lost some money on a chance card.

Thankfully not too much as the bills need to be paid regardless!

She got a bit of a shock later on Tuesday when she showed a baby bump.

Like all good husbands Cornwall unblocked the toilet after his wife had finished throwing up,

and joined in with her midnight cravings.

On Wednesday Regan walked off the lot to work while Kent started his new career.

Cornwall made good friends with his wife's brother-in-law Albany Capp.

On Thursday Kent, who has been visiting Bianca daily, is now best friends with her.

Cornwall talks to the baby bump.

Late on Thurday night the baby arrives... it's a BOY! He is named Horatio.

Both Cornwall and Kent take the 'night shift' so Regan can have some much needed sleep.

She found the Law career, hired a nanny and got the carpool for her first shift on Friday morning.

The Nanny joined Kent in an early morning skipping session.

The only spot I had for a cot was in Cornwall and Regan's dressing room. :D

Regan got promoted to Law Firm Receptionist and celebrated by burning the chili for dinner...

She and Cornwall ate it anyway....

Later that evening Cornwall, who had put his eye to the telescope about 10 seconds earlier... was whisked off into the skies... Kent was very jealous.

Regan (and Horatio) worried about Cornwall... what if he never came back?

But he did come back... albeit rather unhappily...

He was still crying about it on Saturday.

During some mindful meditation Kent secretly hoped he might be next.

He took his mind off things when he asked Bianca on a date...

They went to the Go Here Sunshine Park where they had coffee...

and fell in love...

After the date ended Kent hung around and made best friends with Oberon Summerdream,

and enjoyed the happy ambience of the park.

Regan picked some lemons from the small plot in the back yard.

Cornwall made mac n cheese.. he can't understand why he's so hungry. :D

Little Horatio had his toddler birthday.

Kent is now a Multi Regional Sim of Some Question.

After yet another crying session (after finding out he was alien pregnant) Cornwall gave his son some extra hugs.

He cries all the time now... after he cooks, when he goes outside... when he takes out the trash... you get the picture.

He pulled himself together enough on Sunday to teach Horatio how to talk.

and his Turkey dinner went down a storm with Regan's Dad and nieces when they came to visit.

I love how Horatio wants to get to know his Grandpa.

We'll have to wait until the next round though before Regan & Cornwall's child gets to know their Grandpa! (If he's still alive then!).

Summary-

This was a fun round, I'm not a fan of apartments as I do find weird bugs popping up, for example when Kent asked Bianca on a date she kept just going back in her apartment... it was only when I made them got to a community lot that she finally came out.

After playing Regan and Cornwall in my 'Veronaville Wishes' and them not being able to have kids I was happy to see they could this time, looking forward to seeing how little Horatio turns out.

Hopefully Kent will move out soon (maybe with Bianca?) and then there will be room enough in the place with Cornwall's baby due soon. 

I've never seen a Sim cry so much about being abducted. :D

That's the Veronaville stint done for a while, next I'm off to Belladonna Cove to play the 'Cho' family.
