Broke Family

Here we are in Pleasantview for the next chapter of the Broke Family. Mum Brandi, teenage son Dustin and 2 young sons. Here at the table is Beau,

and here is young Alfie feeding a treat to the rather large Leader of the Wolf Pack.

As soon as day breaks Dustin had made the call for a few scholarships and Brandi dropped him at college where he will start his life as a young adult.

Brandi left college straight for her job in Military and returned home as a Junior Officer.

Monday ended with the birthday of Beau- now a teenager his chosen field is to become the Head of the SCIA in the intelligence career- quite befitting for this new Knowledge Sim.

In the early hours of Tuesday Brandi was shaken awake (by me) and made an emergency call to the police, she'd spotted a burglar!

Officer Ramin Centowski arrived, sadly too late to save Brandi's telescope but he put up a good fight.

Unfortunately it wasn't enough to put Jessica Ebadi in handcuffs and she got away leaving Ramin with the thought that he was ' beaten by a burglar- now I'll never get that promotion'. No Ramin you won't, and Brandi won't be compensated for her telescope either.

After purchasing a burglar alarm Brandi helped Alfie with his homework before school.

Beau found a teen job in Intelligence and starts today after class.

The first dusting of Winter snow hits the Broke property.

Having the day off today Brandi invited Craig Ray over... this Family Sim wants to reach her Golden Anniversary and needs to be married before she gets too old.

By the time Beau arrived home from work (top of his career) Brandi and Craig were in love. She proposed- he said yes.

and they got married. Craig is now Mr Broke. Craig is a Knowledge Sim with a wish to become top of the Criminal career. He only added 3K to the household.

While their party was ongoing they went off to 'celebrate'.

Dustin was one of the guests of course and Beau gave him a gift. I can't recall what is was so we'll find out next when we visit Dustin in college.

The party was a success. It seems Craig is pretty hyper, he doesn't sleep a lot.

While the boys did their homework on Wednesday Craig found a job as a Convenience Store Clerk in the music career.

Later that day (no promotions) the Headmaster was summoned for a visit. He didn't seem too impressed with Brandi falling asleep in her chili.

and Craig was desperate for a shower but the Headmaster still granted the boys access to his school.

Ah, that's why Brandi fell asleep at the table.

On Thursday Alfie made a best friend.

Brandi used some of her promotion funds so far this week to add an ensuite to her bedroom, put the boys in together and leave room for a small nursery.

Alfie bought Mallory home from school and Brandi made a cake.

Her second baby bump woke her during the early hours of Friday.

He-who-never-sleeps-much spent lots of time job hunting and talking with new acquaintances over the internet.

Tired as she was Brandi's decision to go to work on Friday paid off when she was promoted to Flight Officer.

Craig too got a promotion, to Coffee Shop Engineer.

In the early hours of Saturday Brandi & Craig had a little girl called Beth.

While his exhausted Mum & Stepdad slept Beau was helpful with little Beth.

Brandi's career reward helped her max her body skill while bonding with her youngest son.

Craig finally found the Criminal career.

He went to his first shift and got promoted to Pickpocket.

A party was thrown on Sunday night for Alfie.

Alfie rolled Romance and wishes to have 20 lovers!

Nina Caliente threw herself at Mitch the delivery guy.

It was also a chance to grow up little Beth. (I forgot to take an 'after' pic). :D

Brandi was so tired and not in a good mood that she almost poisoned her toddler with dodgy smart milk.

Craig returned from pickpocketing as a Bagman.

He was just in time to welcome Beau home after the teen's abduction with his new telescope. Craig thought it very scary while Brandi cheered-' Yay more money for college!'.

and this is where we leave the Broke family.

Summary-

A very busy week in a pretty tiny house! At least everyone is in their chosen careers and hopefully next time when Beth becomes a child life will be a little easier and more sleep will be had.

Off to visit Dustin next.
