We are back at S.S.U in Strangetown to visit Erik Swain at his 5 room dorm.
Erik is now in his Senior Year and this is the first time I have truly controlled him. He is a Family Sim with a lifetime wish to raise 20 puppies or kittens! He is currently Big Sim on Campus having got more than 10 best friends and is in love with Sam Thomas, his dorm mate.
There is Sam enjoying supper after they've all just become Seniors. (The other dormie is Jimmy Phoenix).
Although Sam and Erik are in love, they have no bolts for each other, whereas Sam and Jimmy have 3!
Sam invited her friend Katy Hunicke from the Sorority house over, it seems her and Erik also have 3 bolts. :D
Jimmy put a spanner in my works when he fell in love with Jared Starchild's replacement dormie Sharlene Haggarty.
The next day Erik worked on a paper,
Then invited Katy and the 'sisters' over for some chill time.
How come the Campus Coach is allowed in the girls' bathroom?!
Sam is already super fit but did some customary floor exercises to appease the coach,
before settling down to complete her term paper.
Erik whipped up a batch of spag bol for the dormies,
Jimmy enjoyed a good soak after he'd had his first fling with Sharlene.
and Erik ended his day at the Secret Society where he learned a few skills.
First semester of Senior Year complete.
The gang go fishing but no one catches anything exciting apart from an old boot each.
Jimmy makes his move on Sam,
well... that sealed the deal.
of course Sharlene was in the dorm and a bitter break up ensued.
She was still mad later when Jared popped in to visit and Erik got mad too when Sam kissed Jimmy... lots more slapping occurred.
In true Sim Style though no one is angry for very long and soon Erik declared his feelings for Katy.
He promised he'd never cheat on his 3 bolt love and they got engaged.
Jimmy was the first to graduate 4.0 in Biology, he grew up and moved out.
Sam got a 4.0 in Psychology and moved out next,
I picked this 'B.V home' from the lots & houses bin for them both to move into.
Do you remember Solveig Graham who I grew up with Jill Smith? I grew her up again to YA and she has moved into the dorm.
Now it's Erik's graduation, he got a 4.0 in Art and is the only one who could throw himself a party,
Lots of familiar faces came to help him celebrate.
Solveig waved him off as his Taxi arrived to take him back to Strangetown.
and we leave him here until we see him again!
Summary-
A good round for Erik and Co, I did change his turn on/offs a little but he and Sam never had any bolts anyway so I was pleased when doing so gave not only he and Katy 3 bolts, but Sam and Jimmy too!
Whether Erik will end up with Katy is yet to be seen, I will play her once more this round when I get to 'Upsnott' but she is still just a Sophomore.
Three bolts are three bolts :-) It's good that the relationships were disentangled, and everyone seems to have found their one and only.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see so many familiar faces at Erik's graduation party! It will be interesting to see whether he'll wait for Katy to complete her studies or find someone else in between.
It does seem too good an opportunity to miss for Erik and Katy and I'll play her again several times before Erik's next turn so who knows what the future may hold for them.
