Darren Chung- Sophomore Year

 

Here is Darren Chung who is residing at the Fraternity House in Veronaville's La Fiesta Tech University. We find Darren running to his final exam.

Still living here is Mickey Dosser who graduated last round, Matthew Hart who is in his final semester and Candice Bruenig, who accidently joined the boy's house but is flourishing and is currently a Junior.

Francis J Worthington III is the final housemate, he's beginning his Junior year and already thinking about marriage.

Candice is madly in love with her boyfriend Marcel.

Darren finished his Freshman year on the Dean's list and can look forward to officially starting Sophomore year. 

Darren is a Family Sim who wishes to be Captain Hero someday. He has an attraction to Monica Bratford and they've had a fling for a while but he doesn't feel the firebolts for her.

Mickey spent his last days at the Greek house doing the two things he loves the most- woohooing with various conquests and tending his garden. He's taking his trees with him to his new place so harvested the last of the oranges before putting the trees into storage.

As fun as the Greek House is the students still have to knuckle down and get some life skills. Family Sim Candice wished to learn Parenting whilst Darren learned all about Fire Safety.

Darren has a pledge called Shaun Lawson who he is now best friends with, he keeps him happy by playing red hands before sending him off to do menial jobs around the Frat house.

It's Mickey's Graduation party!

oh dear Francis, you just don't have the best way with girls do you judging by both your faces.

Here's Mickey's final pic at the Greek house with his best friend Matthew. So long Mickey- see you on your turn back in Veronaville.

Later Candice congratulated Francis on (somehow) becoming Big Man on Campus (having 10 friends).

Shortly after that Matthew too Graduated- Summa Cum Laude in Economics.

 Family Sim Matthew wants to be a Celebrity Chef someday.

Now that the heart of Summer is here poor Darren keeps waking up overheated. A drink of water helps a little.

Darren went to the campus market for groceries and stopped to talk to Hermia Capp. 

Some chatting, busting moves and flirting saw Darren have 3 bolts for Hermia! 

Meanwhile back at home Matthew invited his long term love Sarah Love over. I mean they are in love but have no real attraction to each other nor ever wish to see/kiss/date each other, ever. :D

In fact it seems that Francis and Sarah have way more attraction.... (3 bolts!)

Matthew is feeling the heat now.

He and Darren both it seems, Matthew was there when Darren passed out and threw water on him to chill him down.

I'm not sure how long Darren would have been on the floor for otherwise. 

Francis is making the most of pledge Shaun by getting him to help write a term paper for a double boost.

Which is good as the latest pledge Jason Turner just moved in. Another Family Sim who wishes to graduate 3 of his own kids from college one day.

oh dear Sarah is back again but it seems some moves were made by her or Francis...

Well on the plus side Matthew it means you may find your own 3 bolter one day.

Candice really is the dullest sim I've ever played, all she wants is to kiss her boyfriend... anyone would think she was a teenager. :D

Darren got his term paper finished for the semester.

Then asked Shaun to move in. Shaun Lawson is a Family Sim (Oh wow we are overrun!). His LTW is to also graduate 3 kids from college. He is in love with Allyn McCarthy from the Sorority house.

The next evening it's Matthew Hart's turn to Graduate and he does so surrounded by new friends and old- Mickey returns the favour by being Matthew's photo buddy.

It's only Francis in the house now who isn't a Family Sim.

Darren passed his final exam and has completed his Sophomore Year top of the class.

Summary-

There are a lot of Family Sims aren't there? It seems there will be two more new  names that may become prolific owing to the '3 kids' LTW's. 

 The house will need more pledges now so hopefully we'll get a mix of aspirations going forward. 

Darren was a fun sim to play, he really likes Hermia but I can see some sparks flying over the round if he/they bump into Monica Bratford!

Next I'm going back to Belladonna Cove to play the Cleveland family.

Etsu Cho

 

Just as I thought I'd be in Veronaville forever I only just remembered little Etsu Cho! She is the daughter of Vivian of course only Vivian is now Riley having married Timothy during his turn.

The family (including Timothy's teen daughter Sally) moved here to Audrey Manor to start a new life.

They have a Penthouse apartment- with a large lounge area and kitchen as well as a twin room for the girls- just at the bottom of the picture is a mysterious bookcase which houses a small hidden room.

Upstairs is the master bedroom and ensuite as well as a large outdoor area suitable for telescope and career rewards. Not that Timothy has a career yet- he spent all last round looking for Medicine and is yet to find it. Vivian however is working her way up the Law Enforcement field while Sally has a teen job so there is money coming in.

Timothy sneaks into the mysterious room (which just houses a computer) and once again he has no luck finding his career.

Etsu and Vivian enjoy a game of red hands this Monday evening. (I moved the family last round so played the best part of the one day back then).

Like most teenagers Sally spends her life on the phone. But she is a Popularity Sim, although she wants to max her skills. :D

While her Dad works on another skill Sally brought a friend home.

as did Etsu- her friend Yvette Stratton is her guest today.

Sally's teen job in Athletics paid off when she reached top of the career later that day.

oopsie, I keep forgetting birthdays!

Here's Etsu- she's a cutie. She rolled Pleasure so I'm sure she will be able to make up for the lack of a birthday party with other fun pursuits.

Oddly I didn't write Etsu's LTW down but I am assuming it will be to have lots of dates (judging from my photos). :D

Sally then decided to leave for college where she was waved off by her family and we will see her later in the alphabet.

Although he's a knowledge sim Timothy has been wishing for a baby again ever since he and Vivian got married.

It seems his wish will come true. ;)

Vivian was up early to go to work on Wednesday. She has been Police Chief for a while and still needs a few skills to reach the top.

Timothy finally found the Medical career! He starts as a G.P

Etsu went to the Corner Shoppes where she had her first date with Shea Kalson. She just let it get to 'good' before ending the date.

After he left Ryan Shankel was happy to be her second date.

She found herself a new outfit.

While Timothy was promoted to Specialist I once again forgot an important birthday... looking good Vivian!

Timothy was too busy with his head in the toilet to notice... :D

He showered into his Maternity wear and he and Etsu caught up on their daily phone calls to friends.

After school on Thursday Etsu went back to the Corner Shoppes but was rejected for a date by Pierce Walter.

However Amar Huffman was happy to be date number 3.

Etsu came home in a great mood, left for work and came home top of her teen career. 

on Friday while her Mum cooked up pancakes Etsu learned a few skills watching the cooking channel.

overnight Amar had left her a little date gift.

Vivian was happy to see Timothy realising a wish now that she was too old to give him children.

Another afternoon and another rejection from Pierce.

Simon Brown was sadly just leaving but at least he and Etsu are acquaintances now.

In the early hours of Saturday little Stevie arrived! She has her dad's brown hair and nose, but alien eyes and lips.

Etsu was happy to cuddle the new baby while her step dad caught up on breakfast.

She later went to the Sim bowl lanes where she had her 4th date with Larry Jalowitz.

Her Mum however had a difficult decision to make at work....

oh dear... the 36K that was in the family bank account disappeared down to nothing after this shot. No one is working until Monday now although Vivian did earn her wages later that day.

Larry dropped off a little plant for Etsu.

When she awoke on Sunday Etsu went to the Archimedes Arcade where she found Simon Brown who readily accepted the offer to be her 5th date.

She finished her day off at the Central Park where, finally, Pierce Walter said yes to a date!

Finishing our week off back at home is little Stevie, who celebrated her toddler birthday.

Summary-

Well it was an interesting week for Etsu, her step sister left for college almost immediately and she spent most of the rest of the week chasing dates. 

Timothy finally found his job where he got just the one promotion but has thrown himself into parenthood once again.

 

Poor Vivian losing all the family funds! Hopefully between them all they can soon recoup. 

I'll be going back to Veronaville next for Darren Chung's turn... a Uni student that was added to the Greek house last time.
