Ty Bubbler- Round 2

 

Here we are in Strangetown's Sim State University at the Urele-Oresha-Cham Fraternity House. I decided as funds were decent it was time to revamp the living and kitchen areas...

I originally took down the kitchen wall to make it open plan but have now added a half wall which breaks up the space. A colour change on the living room walls and floor followed to brighten up the house a bit.

We are here though for Ty Bubbler's turn. He's gaming with his housemates Jared Starchild, Castor Nova and Charlie Dallas. Also living here is Merlin Louie but he's out of shot.

But Ty's college time has almost ended, he graduated on his last turn with a 3.9 in Philosophy so is throwing a party to celebrate his final hours at the Greek House.

Here's his final shot with his buddy Castor Nova before a taxi was called and farewell's were said.

This is Ty's new home, he has picked the Blue rental house.

He can't afford to rent it furnished so made do with the basics. He does have some goodies in his backpack too.

This is the upstairs, one bedroom and bathroom.

Ty popped down to the shops to buy some bits and pieces and on his return met one of his neighbours' Neil Chalmers.

This is Ty's chosen outfit. He spent the rest of the day talking to people walking by particularly taking a liking to Naenae.

He was pleased to find another one of his neighbours' was his former house mate Joshua Ruben! They shared some gossip about Brittany Upsnott.

Popularity sim Ty, who wishes to become a General one day, decided to take the Showbiz career as nothing else was available and so this Tuesday he left for work as a Commercial Actor.

Never gets less funny. :D

Ty got promoted to Cartoon Voice and invited Naenae over to celebrate.

With his promotion he could afford to furnish his living room,

and upgrade his bathroom. The bed and desk were in his backpack from college.

Ty left for his evening shift on Wednesday and ended up doing a double shift thanks to a promotion. He's now a Supporting Player.

On Thursday Ty had his college friends Castor and Merlin over as well as Professor Schweber his former tutor.

He left for work later and returned as a Broadway Star.

On Friday Ty had the day off and attempted an outing. (His first, on Monday night ended up with the 'cannot believe you stood me up' message before the taxi could even arrive and so Ty chose to stay home).

Anyway- Ty created a Group and invited them all that way.

and here they are at Doc Alan's Hangout, he's with his former college buddies of course but did meet some new and unusual neighbours.

I don't think I've played this lot much before as I never realised there was a gyro cart outside. 

It was a good evening only confirmed when Jared dropped off a gift later- a sunflower vase. 

Ty woke up to work on a body skill but I never looked at his aspiration- which was only green- and therefore his moods plummeted and he lost a skill.

Once he was recovered it was time for Ty to restock his fridge.

Because it was time for the Saturday gathering. The Landlady sprang for pizza though so Ty's fridge stayed full. Ty met his other neighbour Nikki Zhang as well.

Ty's shift later saw him already earning 25K... possibly the reason Military has been forsaken, for now. :)

On Sunday and in a better mood Ty maxed his body skill.

He had friends Allegra and Uma over- he and Uma had often been at loggerheads during college due to love triangles/ etc. but now that was all forgotten as they became best friends.

and later that night (or very early hours into Monday) Ty is the next Leading Man.

He has 30 friends and is quite a popular Popularity Sim. 

Summary- A good fun week at Ty's, he is truly a popularity Sim, he's always having friends call, or come over and the Showbiz career seems to suit him well.

I've decided that unless a Sim has a true 3 bolt affection for someone they will remain single- to try and control the populations a bit! 

Next family is back in Pleasantview with the Burb's.
