Here we are in Riverblossom Hills at 100 Old Farm Road, the new property of the Ramaswami family.
It's quite a large plot with big pond and swimming pool, and very sparsely furnished.
With some of their remaining funds I furnished it thus so.
Here are the happy couple Sanjay & Priya.
Priya is a Popularity Sim who wishes to be a Media Magnate. Luckily she is already in the Journalism career and she leaves immediately for her role as a Fact Checker.
Sanjay too is a Popularity Sim, his biggest wish is to become a Rock God. He is already a Sound Engineer in the Music career. He will be going to work this afternoon but first must earn some skills.
Between them they need 4 friends for a promotion and so Sanjay went to Belle's Boutique where he met neighbours and townies and by the time he left he had made 6 friends.
He ordered a pizza when he got home which would serve as his brunch and Priya's supper.
Sadly the welcome wagon of Faith & Herbert Goodie and Cleo Shikibu arrived at the same time as Sanjay's carpool and so he missed greeting them.
No promotion for Priya today but she did bring a colleague home who kindly gave her a free sample... a flat screen TV! Priya used some of their house funds to place another sofa and started watching the cooking show.
No promotion for Sanjay either and after what seemed like a very long day they said their goodnights.
After breakfast they worked on their logic skills before work.
Although it's Winter their pond has yet to freeze over and Sanjay took advantage to try and catch a few fish for supper.
Priya arrived home from work not only with a promotion to Obituary Writer but with her colleague Stella Roth who stayed until she was befriended.
It was only during a late supper that I noticed one of the dining chairs was the wrong way round.
Fixed for breakfast on Wednesday. :)
Sanjay had met the paperkid Sheldon Scott on Monday morning and by Wednesday they were firm friends.
Never one to miss an opportunity to meet someone new Sanjay greeted Barbara Baity.
Priya came home with a promotion to Horoscope Writer and brought Patricia (Wan) O'Mackey home with her.
To end the day Sanjay is going to be leading the kids' as a Summer Camp Music Teacher.
Winter really kicked in overnight and in the very early hours of Thursday morning Sanjay found his wish of going on vacation granted!
The Hunter's Bedrock Inn at Three Lakes is the destination chosen, Sanjay may not be bringing the kids' here for his new job but it doesn't hurt to check out the facilities. :)
Minimal facilities but a comfortable room awaits. They chose the room at the top left of the picture opposite the hot tub.
First stop was the Lumber Mill Range where they met some locals.
They tried out the local cuisine,
and even tried their hands at log rolling... clearly not always successfully. :D
A cheap room means a cheap shower and somehow everyday of the trip Priya managed to upset Sanjay's shower when she flushed the toilet. :D
They went on trips, enjoyed the sauna, spa waters and massage table, got matching outfits fit for the mountains and learned a new dance.
They enjoyed their belated honeymoon very much and enjoyed being waited on even more.
Just as the taxi arrived to take them back home Priya dug up some rather special Treasure.
It gave their bedroom a nice warm glow and will always be there to sell should the need arise.
On Friday it was up early and using their extra bonuses to skill.
Sanjay was promoted to Battle of The Bands Judge whilst Priya is a Sports Columnist, she walked off the lot to work and returned as an Investigatory Journalist while Sanjay did the same and came home as a Roadie.
On Saturday Priya made her 3rd best friend.
It's the first day of Spring and Priya went out to catch a fish, but just snagged an old boot.
She had a wish to buy a garden plot so planted some tomatoes.
Sanjay bought Cleo Shikibu home, he'd earned 5K and is a Studio Musician now.
Sanjay finally has time to play his new career reward!
In the early hours of Sunday Sanjay had earned 10K and is a Concert Pianist.
Before Priya left for work she had a nice boost of aspiration making her 5th best friend.
Sanjay finally got a day off and spent the day boosting his friendships, here making his 3rd best friend.
Priya got her final promotion of the week to Magazine Editor.
Sanjay asked Priya on a late date,
They had a nice meal at Londoste,
But as they were outside making out Priya was struck by lightning! The date ended fairly quickly after that.
Once home and refreshed though they were ready to end their date properly, it being Spring and all... :D
Summary-
A fun week here at the Ramaswami's, they certainly did well in their careers and enjoyed the vacation in the middle of the week, no wishes for a baby have sprung up this week but they have lots of money and friends!
