The Caliente's- Round 2

 

We're back in Pleasantview to visit The Caliente household, here is Dina with her daughter Lissa. Dina is a Fortune sim who wishes to become a Space Pirate and is already in the Adventurer career.

Nina is a Romance Sim who wishes to be a Professional Party Guest in the Slacker career.

This is their home currently, not much change from the original layout except to add a bedroom where a balcony once was and a desk downstairs.

On this Monday Nina got promoted to Freelance Photographer.

Mortimer Goth is Lissa's Father but he and Dina have no romantic relationship, he is now married after all but Dina doesn't deny him visitations with his daughter.

The ghost of Michael Bachelor had a busy first night.

Nina found her paper stolen and had just picked up the trash by this guy who she'd arranged to date the night before but she'd had the 'where were you' message and so had to spend all day trying to make up with him.

Dina and Lissa are the best of friends.

Auntie Nina is pretty cool though and threw a great birthday party for Lissa on Tuesday tea time.

I guess Mortimer was dark haired before he was grey. ;)

Nina and Don were trying to have woohoo almost through the entire party but guests kept wandering into the bedroom,

In fact the party ended before they were alone, finally, for some woohoo.

With all the interruptions I accidently hit 'try for baby' and naturally bells were heard. *sigh*. Dina was very jealous still.

Dina cried a lot so Nina grabbed some smart glasses and apologised, a lot. :)

Dina is a Warhead Disarmer after Wednesday's shift.

After a quick shower and a phone call the Caliente's impressed the Headmaster with a tour and turkey dinner and he admitted Lissa into his private school.

Nina woke up with a 'bump' during the night.

Lissa brought Pong home and they played some chess.

after that seriousness she needed to get outside in the winter snow and make an angel.

Nina was busy getting groceries and baking...

and decorating! The living room had a makeover for Christmas,

Santa arrived as Lissa was doing her homework,

He gave her a lovely teddy bear,

whose head she proceeded to smash on the floor... many times. 

meanwhile Dina (now a Hostage Negotiator)  had a choice to make....

oops

Nina is on the pregnancy pizza diet.

On Friday Dina cheered Lissa's first ever A+

Lissa brought her schoolpal Mallory home.

Later she made a new friend of Mallory (who'd disappeared at 6pm just before they could be buddies)

In the early hours of Saturday Nina had a little girl who she called Bunny, she has Black hair and green eyes.

Thankfully Lissa's old nursery was still set up (Lissa has a single bed in her Mum's room).

I don't recall why Nina was getting a telling off from the Nanny but maybe it's a case of 'Nanny knows best'.

Nina went to work and got promoted to Freelance Web Designer.

After work they all went to the Main Street Shops where Nina scoped the room for fun.

While Dina was buying clothes and electronics Mortimer started talking to Lissa and was encouraging her as she could 'ask him for Knowledge'... not sure what Knowledge she gained but maybe I'll know more next time. :)

Lissa got a new and warmer outfit and finally gave her teddy a big hug instead of smashing its head on the floor.

On Sunday after a double shift Dina is an International Sim of Mystery for her next shift. She invited Korey the Headmaster over as a friend, but she likes him quite a lot I think.

  

Nina gave the kitchen a makeover and baked a cake....

Just in time to celebrate Bunny's toddler birthday!

Just after that Nina made a phone call- a taxi arrived... she got in and Bunny crawled off the lot....

to their new home for next round... recognise it? Yes it's the Lothario house! 

Summary-

I decided the sister's house is not really big enough for two families and I've never had Nina live with Don before so this could be fun... :D

Dina does seem to like Korey so maybe she'll have another chance at love next round.
