Here we are at the University La Fiesta Tech attached to Veronaville for the purposes of this visit.
It's the Oresha-Hoh-Var Fraternity Greek House which is inhabited by Guy Wrightley (whose own relative long ago established this Greek house) as well as his fellows Matthew Hart and Mickey Dosser. One girl also lives here and that's Candice Bruenig who 'accidently' joined. You can see I've altered a bit upstairs to make more bedrooms and one more bathroom, and downstairs I altered a little to make an entrance to the backyard.
Here is Guy, he's a Senior now and has just asked his buddy Frances J to pledge. hee hee, Guy thinks it'll do the 'posh' Francis good to be a slave for a while... :D
Incidentally Guy is a typical Popularity Sim who has a lifetime wish to have 20 best friends. Thankfully because he's been playing in the background since Mickey and Matthew's turn he has already got 9 and plenty of friends who aren't far off best friend status.
Here are Matthew and Candice, two of Guy's housemates. Both Family Sims with a 2 bolt attraction but Matthew is still in love with Sarah Love even though he never wishes anything for or about her.

Matthew has just begun his Junior Year whilst Candice is a Freshman.
Guy made his 10th best friend by playing red hands with his other housemate Mickey.
Mickey was always a half semester behind his buddy Guy but has worked hard to improve his grades, at one time it seemed Mickey was destined to be booted out of college but he's proved the doubters wrong.
As Matthew returned from class Francis J was still cleaning house. :D
Guy wanted to throw a Toga party and soon invited all his friends, old and new. Guy is in love with DJ Verse but also really likes Kari who works at one of the campus coffee houses.
As so often happens when my back is turned 2 sims fell in love, I think that's Jasmine Rai and a Secret Society student called Gavin Traver.
The next morning was a happy one for Francis J as he could stop writing assignments, cleaning toilets and attempting to cook for the household as his pledge period was finally over and he readily moved in with the guys (and gal).
Mickey the Romance Sim of course hasn't seen a lot of 'action' since his turn (when he was the playable) so instead has thrown himself into Gardening where he's now got a Gold Badge.
Matthew the Family Sim really just wants to have fun and spends all his time 'smoking' and giggling. He wants to be a Celebrity Chef someday but hasn't shown a lot of interest in cooking.
Guy spends some time each day talking to both his Professor's to keep his grades up.
Through a fortunate twist Guy had 5 friends so close to BF status that the opportunity took itself and 5 phone calls later he'd got 15 best friends.
The end of the first Semester once again saw Guy on the Dean's list as he's been since I took the helm. ;))
a 16th best friend for Guy after a stray toga wearer came by, perhaps hoping for another party?
While Candice was being grossed out by the Cow Mascot I felt it a rare but important shot to show that Mickey not only occasionally worked on a skill, but he daydreamed about those all important grades too! :)
Mostly though Mickey does what he loves and harvested loads of fruit and veg, he has a pretty full backpack now.

Meanwhile Francis J was falling for Holly Gothier.
Candice went and fell in love with Marcel (extremely long and forgettable surname), they have 2 bolts.
Absolutely no real love for Mickey but I allowed him to reach his goal of woohooing 5 service Sims and this one is his Professor, so it was really all about the grades. :D
Guy also really likes Katerina the Cheerleader. Francis J was getting his flirt on with Holly.
The next day when he was halfway through Matthew's term paper Darren's pledge period came to an end.
He accepted Guy's offer to move in.
Darren is a Family Sim who wishes to become Captain Hero someday.
Matthew went to the pc to finish his paper.
Which didn't take too long as Darren had made a good start for him.
Mickey served up Crepes without setting fire to anything.
Katerina became Guy's 17th best friend,
and Candice his 18th! I wonder if Guy can complete his LTW before the end of college, which isn't far off...
Guy's best chance of the elusive 20 is Kari, but they are still fairly early into their friendship so they played games while Candice and Darren threw ball, Mickey tended to his plants and Francis J did some stargazing.... Matthew no doubt is smoking something...
oops sorry Matthew he was at his final exam. :D
He passed though and has seen his Junior year come to an end.
Guy made his 19th best friend over the phone to his secret society friend Jason.
Candice finished Freshman Year.
The 'original' 3 sat down to supper and talked about their favourite subject, the Environment!
Francis J finished his Freshman Year.
Mickey finished Senior 1.... he actually got on the Dean's list for the first time!
and Guy graduated.... yay! 4.0 in Literature.
Guy decided to hang around a while. He burnt the omelettes but his housemates were just happy that someone had cooked... no one has brought free pizza home for a while.
Kari came over and yay! Guy made his 20th best friend.
Sadly he didn't get a special memory but he does get Permanent Platinum forever!
No Graduation is complete for a Popularity Sim without a proper send off and Guy gladly donned his Graduation robes and invited all his friends.
Out of all the girls he liked it was DJ who clearly captured his heart..
Guy's party was a roof raiser and afterwards the taxi arrived to take him away from his beloved Greek house forever.
to here, a much smaller abode in the heart of Veronaville where he joined DJ Verse.Who knows what their future holds? We'll have to wait for some time before we find out!
Summary-
I've always liked Guy but never really played him before and certainly not through Graduation so I shall be interested to see how he & DJ fare during the next round until we get to them both on the alphabetical list.
