Here we are once again in Veronaville ready for a marathon 'Capp' session.
This modest home is where Albany Capp and his family live.
It wasn't decorated quite so sparsely last time, but I obviously had the IKEA pack which doesn't come with the new Legacy version I am currently playing so I've lost beds and tables. If you zoom in you can see 3 side on sleeping sims in the lounge floating in mid air. :D
Albany and Goneril are in their bed at least.
Albany is our Family Sim who wishes to reach his Golden Anniversary. He is in the Education career.
Goneril, his wife, is of a Fortune disposition and wants to become the Law as does their teenage son Hal.
Desdemona, their teen daughter, is a Pleasure Sim who wishes to become a Professional Party Guest some day. Their youngest daughter is Ariel who is still a child whilst their oldest Miranda, is at Uni.
Albany is a High School Teacher today and home in time to receive the grocery delivery. Young Ariel loves to Garden and is planting some new crops.
Goneril got a promotion to Legal Secretary.
Desdemona and Hal came home from school feeling sick so Albany rustled up some hearty soup to make them feel better.
Hal was better before work and reached the top of his teen career.
A new decorated wall for the living room shows Albany's career reward bookcase which is put to use by two of his kids.
After all that studying Desdemona snuck out with her friend Bottom Summerdream. She didn't get caught!
On Wednesday the whole family left for private school/work.
Albany is a University Guest Lecturer whilst Ariel got her first A+ and Goneril is a Paralegal.
Albany suddenly spun into Elderhood- (oops me).
A party was quickly thrown for little Ariel- at least one member of this family was remembered!
She grew up well and rolled Romance. Oops I didn't note her LTW.
It was a great party surrounded by all her family (for the most part- she got too tired before the party ended). :D
On Thursday Goneril brought a friend home and got promoted to Personal Injury Attorney. Albany is a High School Principal.
Being a private school student helped Ariel reach the top of her teen career after just one shift.
The whole family went to Veronaville's H&M and bought clothes.
Albany is flying through his career and on Friday is a College Senior Professor.
It was a double celebration as Goneril was promoted also- now a Family Law Attorney she cooked up a turkey dinner for them all.
Making the most of Autumn Hal searched the skies whilst Ariel continued in her garden.
After dinner there was more skilling to be done.
A special treat on Saturday saw the Capp's arrive at Twikkii Island! They chose to stay in this new hotel- the BV Inn (found in the lots & houses bin).
They enjoyed getting to know the locals,
and staying up very late (look at poor Hal's plumbob) to catch the ghostly captain.
At one point they almost lost their dad to electrocution!
Thankfully he was fine and Desdemona bagged herself a voodoo doll.
the downside to family... merciless teasing by the youngest who always gets away with everything!
Albany and Goneril autonomously cuddled while awaiting their transport home.
The rather sunburnt Ariel has a little crush on the paperkid.
Albany greeted DJ Verse and Guy Wrightley as they were passing by.
The teens were working on their dancing skills when Hal decided it was time to take his 8K worth of scholarships and leave for college.
Here he is in his new dorm where we will see him pretty soon.
Ariel meanwhile reaped the benefits of her hard work and gained a silver gardening badge.
and Desdemona enjoyed a date with Keith Cormier, although they have no bolts it was still a good date to end this Sunday night.
Summary-
A very busy week. I hadn't realised the house was so basic but I guess next time I can give it a makeover now the adults have done so well in their careers, Albany has earned his 25K moniker and Goneril 10K.
Another Capp off to college where we will see him again before too long.
