Here we are back in Desiderata Valley for round 2 in the early hours of Monday morning and we've just caught Luis getting abducted by aliens!
Of course Luis can't get alien pregnant as he's a 94 year old elder, but he had a good adventure and went to sleep as the rest of the family were waking up.
Here's Luis' Grand daughter Pauline greeting her good friend Justus Landry before she goes to school.
Pauline's parents are of course Elizabeth and Victor, they both wish to become Head of the SCIA but have yet to find their jobs so Elizabeth has just become a Senior Manager in the Business career while Victor is a Medical Specialist.
They got home in time to see their twin sons celebrate their kid birthdays. Toddler years done! whew.
The next day Luis made his 10th best friend. Luis' LTW is to be a City Planner (even though he's a retired City Planner!) so it won't happen but he always seems to be in a happy mood regardless.
After school the twins had brought home Barty Bell. Pauline was fresh from the shower,
when suddenly she stood up and twirled into her teenage birthday.
Pauline rolled Family and wishes to reach the top of the Dance career which is hilarious as she is unbelievably lazy. :D
She did however roll a wish for a college grant and was given one for her A+ which made her Mum happy.
As fun as her young bedroom was it was time for a change,
She got a more grown up room and a good night's sleep but awoke to find her Mother in her room on the pc, it is the only one in the house to be fair.
It seems everyone else had been up for a while as Luis had just fulfilled his grandson Rafael's wish to have homework help whilst Victor finished helping Alejandro with his.
The staircase I'd added into the middle hallway to make room for the twins bedroom.
Thursday came around and Luis met Christian Love who listened happily to Luis talk about his grandchildren.
When Pauline came home from school Luis offered to take her to the shops,
They went downtown so Pauline could buy herself a mobile phone then went back to the valley to a clothing store,
Pauline met Rick Contrary at the Frippery Frock and socialised a while. She really wants her first kiss of course but Rick is not of any attraction to her.
Back home saw Victor and Elizabeth being greeted by the twins after work. Elizabeth is the President of the company while Victor is a Surgeon.
Luis had made Baked Alaska to impress the private school Headmaster when he came over later for dinner, the whole evening was a success and Luis' 3 Grandchildren were accepted.
After the Head's visit the adults went outside to skill whilst Luis tried (in vain) to get abducted again.
On Friday just as her mother was out of earshot Pauline declared her crush for Justus.
She left for school in style in the birthday present her Grandfather had given her... the car he spent most of last round restoring.
Luis is an excellent babysitter and is always home for the kids and today is a good day as the twins are celebrating their first A+'s.
Justus snuck by a little later and Pauline and he shared their first kiss.
Luis was too busy searching the skies for aliens to notice.
But as his hobby is tinkering he began to work on the old model railroad he'd started.
By the end of the night Luis had added not only a mountain but buildings and lights.
Saturday came around and for once the whole family were at home.
They went for the day to Greave's Greener Gardens.
They played, ate, fished and made lots of new acquaintances before it got dark and they got too tired to stay.
After a refreshing nap Luis had added lots of signs to his railway
Elizabeth had earned a silver badge in sewing.
and Victor made a best friend while Luis served up some of his earlier catch.
As night came around again Luis had one big gap left on his railroad....
As he was working on that Pauline set about earning some body skills.
While she got fitter Luis finished his model railway by adding the huge lake. He's close to being in the zone in Tinkering now.
On Sunday morning a miracle happened after almost 2 weeks of searching and the Intelligence career came along!
With his skills Victor will start as a Rookie Field Agent while Elizabeth is a Gumshoe.
Alejandro has Barty Bell over to play,
and Rafael invited Kerie.
Luis asked his cousin Natasha Una over and she brought her husband Jonathan to meet the family.
Pauline came home after reaching overachiever status.
She bagged another scholarship and later made the call to leave. Her beloved Grandpa (now 101 days old!) was the only one to wave her off as her twin brothers were asleep as well as her parents. Elizabeth did get up just after only to find the taxi had just left before she could say goodbye.
and here is Pauline in her new dorm with her crush Justus who joined her (he showing off his biceps and oh no! he's a romance Sim... grr.) The tie-dye guy is Daniel Bell and so we'll be back quite soon to play his first round.
Summary- well I thought I had it all sorted for Pauline but who knows now with a Romance boyfriend, thankfully there are 4 years of college to get through so plenty of time for Pauline to find that special someone.
Back at the home lot I was happy to finally get Elizabeth and Victor their LTW careers as they will both be elders quite soon next time.
The twins didn't get a lot of 'airtime' as they were just happy skilling and playing with their friends.
Luis is quite the stalwart at 101! I wonder how long he'll live but we know it'll at least be until round 3. ;)
