Kevin Beare- Round 2

 

Here we are still in Strangetown but at the Sim State University, we dropped in on Kevin Beare and his Greek House mates for Kevin's Graduation party.

The party was going swimmingly until Castor Nova kissed his girlfriend Allegra Gorey which upset Brittany Upsnott... still holding a grudge. :D

Still the party was a good one and Kevin was joined by his fellow house member Charlie Dallas in his final screenshot. It would have most likely been his fiancée Tiffany Sampson but she'd left for class already.

Back in Strangetown Kevin moved into this little house- called 'Just Right' a 2BR 1BA house in the lots bin.

I added a second step to the front porch, changed a couple of doors around and added Kevin's backpack goodies of a fridge, bed, florist bench and fancy shower/bath. Then purchased a cheap dining set, desk and sofa.

Kevin was skipping when the taxi dropped him off. He could use the exercise after eating all those student pizzas. :D 

Kevin is a Family Sim who wishes to become an Education Minister.

First things first though and Kevin showered into his 'grow up' outfit then met the local paper kid.

The welcome wagon of General Buzz Grunt, Trisha Traveller and Circe Beaker were next... really? Circe? You don't really think 'welcome' when you think of Circe, more like 'run quick before she tortures me' :D

Anyway a happy afternoon was spent then Kevin looked for and found the Education Career where he will start (thanks to his diploma) as a College Dean of Students which is level 9.

Later that night Kevin accepted an invitation downtown but as he was getting into the taxi had an 'I can't believe you stood me up, where were you?' notification. Weird, but Kevin went anyway.

He met some new people and had a go at Karaoke at Midnight Flows.

Up early on Tuesday Kevin put his career reward bookcase to good use to start earning more skills before work.

No promotion today.

Kevin had a bit of a tidy up.

He'd invited his friends over for a housewarming party

Kevin enjoyed being the Host.

The party was great and Kevin managed to stay awake to the end before falling into bed.

Wednesday was a day off and so Kevin spent the day talking to friends.

He dug for treasure but got put off when all he found were some old bones,

Then he tried his luck at stargazing.

 No abduction but he got some money for seeing a shooting star.

On Thursday Kevin made friends with Erin Beaker before work.

Still no promotion but his colleague Rose Dai said she'd put in a good word and he should be promoted next shift.

On Friday Kevin went back to the Floristry bench to try and improve his skill more- he's making Roses now.

A strange storm hit the telescope and although it was on fire no harm was done to either the telescope or the house.

On Friday Kevin did it... in record time he gained his lifetime wish.

Kevin worked on Saturday and afterwards gained his Gold Badge in Floristry. He can make lovely Snapdragons now.

They give off  a lovely mood boosting scent if made by an expert. :D

Oddly that night I found Kevin trying to catch fireflies... inside his house.

A day off on Sunday and it was time to get Kevin into shape!

After almost an entire day of yoga Kevin was finally free of the flab.

and that's where we leave him this round. :)

Summary- a quick round as is normal for a single Sim, Kevin worked, partied, skilled and worked out as well as chatting with his friends.

Hopefully Tiffany will move in once she is graduated even though Kevin didn't roll many wishes for her.
