Here we are still in Strangetown at the 'Singles' home. This round I have decided to play the girls according to their intended surnames and so Loki's little sister Erin is next on the list while the twins will be played as 'Curious' girls.
Ah, I forgot that the new Legacy version of the game does not have the IKEA pack and clearly I used that a lot in decorating.
An awful lot judging by the lack of furniture in each room.
Chloe- Romance Sim, LTW to woohoo 20 sims. She truly loves her 3 bolter Ripp Grunt but he's still in college at the moment and she has a LTW to achieve.
She is a Marine Biologist and left for work well before daylight.
Erin is a popularity Sim who wishes to be a Celebrity Chef. She is currently in the Education field.
She couldn't serve breakfast until the delivery guy delivered her groceries.
Or until she'd bought new chairs. Thankfully the funds are fairly decent with 4 wages going into the household first round- Kristen got married and moved out at the end of round 1.
Lola who is the 'sensible' twin unlike her carefree sister Chloe is a Fortune Sim who is a Legal Secretary and hopes one day to become The Law. She is in love with Tank Grunt.
Erin got a promotion to High School Teacher.
Then found the Culinary career. It was there first thing this morning but Erin was hoping for a promotion and I was hoping for the skilling bookcase. win win. :)
Lola came home promoted to Legal Biller and as it was still Monday the decision was made for her to move out and join the Grunt household, but of course I will play her before then on her actual turn on the alphabetical list.
On Tuesday Chloe resumed her ltw quest... last round she had woohooed 3 sims. Clarence Phillipine clearly doesn't enjoy flirting.
She had a little more luck after work starting an acquaintance with Jason Menon.
But also had chores to do and Mechanical skill is a requirement for her job so she put her skills to the test.
Erin made a very poor decision in the kitchen and got fired. She was in a terrible mood.
She called the matchmaker and paid top dollar for a date.
She got a professor and it was a bit meh, good enough to improve her mood but no 3 bolts.
Chloe meanwhile had earned 10K which put some funds back into the house after Erin blew 5K on her date. :D
Erin threw a house party which saw General Buzz drop to the ground and start serenading her... they got red hearts, which is a little inconvenient as Chloe has General Buzz on her list. :D
It was a rockin' party with lots of friends in attendance.
Chloe couldn't resist making out with Ripp. General Buzz is right there on the sofa but is not yet in love with Chloe and Lola is watching her little sister and perhaps wishing Tank were there. ;)
On Thursday Chloe's good friend Matthew Smith came over.
He is Chloe's number 4.
A little later Jason Menon came over and brought his 'brother' Waylon with him.
Jason was Chloe's number 5 and Waylon is a good friend so far. :)
On Friday Bartender Aaron Jitmakusol was Chloe's number 6.
Clarence Phillipine refused to become number 7!
Erin meanwhile had found the Culinary career once more and was now a Prep Cook.
and on Saturday Chloe even found time to get a promotion to Deep Sea Fisherman.
They went out to the Strangetown Diner, newly refurbished for this round.
It's more black and white,
but with the green lighting gives off a cool Strangetown/alien type glow.
Everyone seems to like it. ;)
Sunday was a busy day for Erin when she got working on her cooking skills.
Chloe got superfit, which was good as she had quite a day,
Nery Turner is Chloe's 7th woohoo.
General Buzz was her 8th... luckily Erin had come home with a promotion and had walked back for a double shift therefore causing no jealousy...
and finally Charlie Tang was number 9! He must be a Romance Sim as he and Chloe also have 3 bolts.
To end the round Erin was promoted to Exective Chef.
Summary-
Quite a week- I can't decide if I want Erin to partner up with anyone yet and she rolled no romantic wishes so I let her work through her career as well as have the odd party.
Chloe was much more fun of course and has worked on some good friendships for next time. :)
That was an entertaining round, and luckily there was no jealousy drama playing out.

I like the new look of the diner, it really fits Strangetown.
It is irritating about the IKEA pack, but I am finding new furniture I've not used in a while instead. I do have my favourite tune back which wasn't there at first so that makes me happy. :)
DeleteI think I'm going to makeover the diners in each 'hood so they are all a bit different, even if it's just the colour scheme. :)
It was a fun round and went so quickly the days flew by, unlike in Erin's brothers' house! :)
